Job Description: Sales Associate

Position Overview: 365 IT Support is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our sales team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, promoting our innovative IT solutions, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our IT solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to clients’ requirements.
  5. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities to management.
 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends, products, and services preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients’ business needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview: 365 IT Support is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Engineer to join our team in the Chicagoland area. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing onsite technical support and troubleshooting solutions to our clients, ensuring the seamless operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting services to clients in the Chicagoland area.
  2. Diagnose and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other technical components.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
  4. Collaborate with remote support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Document support activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions, and recommendations.
  7. Provide proactive maintenance and support to prevent IT issues and ensure system reliability.
  8. Keep abreast of latest technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
 

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
